Heidi Sibayton grew up in Germany and attended Karlsurhe American High School. She then attended the University of Maryland in both Munich Germany and later Baltimore County Maryland. Heidi later earned a master's degree at Marymount University. Heidi has had a distinguished career in public service which has included a variety of information technology positions at the US Patent & Trademark Office, Corporation for National & Community Service, NASA Goddard Flight Center, and most recently the US Army Research Lab. Heidi was an avid traveler, a devoted nurturer of animals, and a dear friend to many.
